Thank you for your interest in Arizona Agriculture! Superstition Farm.com is dedicated to education (and fun!) and we cater tours for any age group. We are also interested in listening to educators for ideas and direction. This tour is for you!
SuperstitionFarm.com General Information:
Months of operation: August - June.
Days of operation: Tuesday-Saturdays.
Hours of operation: 9am–4pm.
***ALSO BY APPOINTMENT***
If you have a very large group, or wish to have a more intimate adventure, we can arrange a visit to our farm for a private opening. Please contact us for more information.
Allow a minimum of one hour for the tour, and longer if you choose to enjoy our ice cream and milk bar. There will be a hayride and hands-on demonstration of dairy tools. Also allow additional time in our Tour Barn, Petting Zoo, Mooster's Moo-tique Gift Shop, and Hay Maze. SuperstitionFarm.com has plenty of picnic tables and benches for your group to relax and have lunch. We have limited refrigerated space. We recommend the schools bring their own coolers.
School groups can enjoy a visit for $4 per individual (minimum of 20). The milk bar is $1 extra per person. (We give you milk and we have about 12 different flavors to choose from that we will mix in!)
Introducing our soon to be famous Ice Cream Bar! We are excited to offer homemade ice cream from our dessert bar in Gilbert - Udder Delights. Guests will receive a yummy serving of ice cream and can put on a few flavors and toppings. Farmer Casey thinks the ice cream doesnt need anything on it, but some people may want a little fudge or sprinkles to make it unique.
Have it with or separate from the milk bar. Only $1.50!
Do it all...full tour, milk bar and ice cream for only $6.50 per person. (This rate only applies to schools.)
Please call or email to arrange a visit. Each school is responsible to bring enough chaparones to watch the students. (Remember this is a working farm.) There are people and equipment working with the cows at all times. This provides a great visual opportunity for the students, but could be dangerous if they are not kept in designated areas.
Things to keep in mind when visiting our farm:
• Wear sturdy shoes (closed toe shoes are recommended).
• Dress appropriately (long pants recommended).
• Stay in designated areas.
• Be respectful of all the animals, you are visiting their home.
• Remember cows have sensitive ears and can be spooked easily.
• Help us keep our farm clean.
• Be prepared for the dust, smells, and wet noses from our 4-legged friends!
• Please be prepared for the weather, much of the tour is outside with the animals.
• Above all, HAVE FUN!
Superstition Farm is conveniently located off the 202 San Tan (Elliot Exit). We look forward to seeing you on the Farm!
Please feel free to call for questions and reservations. If we don’t answer, we are out with the cows. Please leave a message.
See you soon!
